Yesterday, we handed in our treatments and we organised to meet up with Mark Pearson, a professor at Griffith University. He will be meeting us on Thursday during our media lesson and we will start filming this for Ashlee's third of the documentary.
I haven't received any other replies (from Shani Grimmond or James Kliemt), which is a bit disappointing since they would both fit really well in my third of the documentary and would help with my point of argument. Due to this, I emailed two influencers to see if they're available (Chloe Szepanowski and Bella Fiori) and contacted the media branch of the police so make an appointment with a professional on cyber criminals, so that I have some backups the original plan doesn't work out.
I feel that our group is a lot more organised than we have been last year which is good and I think that we will be able to manage staying organised throughout the rest of the assignment. I really like how the assignment is clearly broken up into individual thirds, rather than creating the treatment for the entire film then choosing one story to base the film off, because it means that we have complete control over our third and one person isn't dominating it.
