Differences between men and women on the red carpet:
- Men all wear very similar looking suits
- Women wear a variety of different dresses that all look very different from one another
- Men do not receive any criticism from the media for their appearance
- Women receive a lot of criticism for their appearance
- There are always lists such as 'best and worst dressed' for women, but not for men
- Women often show off parts of their body such as their legs, chest, etc. in order to 'look good' whereas men do not show off any of their body
- The women who show off their body get a lot more attention and they are objectified
